A portal is an entry-point and introduction to content on a given topic. A portal helps readers and/or editors navigate their way through topic areas in a way similar to the Main Page. It can complement the main article of a subject by directing the reader to key articles, images, and categories that further describe the subject. Portals also help editors find related projects and things they can do to help improve Wikia Greeen.
