My way involves using huge green houses.

These green houses will be filled with thousands of plants to absorb carbon dioxide and release oxygen. Then we take the oxygen and using nanoscience we take the 0(little 2) and make it O(little 3). This is ozone. We release the O(little 3) into the atmosphere and fill the gap in the ozone layer.
