I do not comprehend why it is announced prior to its being ready; but, I am, here, submitting a request:

I, hereby, request assistance in creating a petition that above every fossil pipeline, as well as above every freeway, beginning with Interstate Ten, there would be photovoltaic panels & aerogenerators.

Furthermore, I do not know how to begin the Electronic_Cigarette discussion page; when I attempt to create it, it returns me to its primary page, which I do not, currently, want to edit.
